    One of their flatbed trucks/lorries scratched my car (quite badly) whilst my car was parked outside my home. I had it all on CCTV, I went into the branch to be confronted by several extremely unhelpful, confrontational men, one of whom was the manager. I had the CCTV footage and the exact time of the incident, and they refused to assist me in my insurance claim, even though they have trackers on all their vehicles so could easily identify which vehicle it was. This is for the canning town branch, I can't comment on the other branches. I will definitely not recommend this branch to anyone.
