  The staff were brilliant for my sons 7th year birthday party. They looked after them all and also allowed us to bring our own cake to celebrate with his friends. This is a great place to have a party and very well priced

  What a disappointment. Booked sons birthday party here for 12 children costing almost £150. Booked in advance and liased with staff via email about timings as we had booked a meal out at a restaurant for the children afterwards. Having spoken about timings the advice was to book for 4.10 with children arriving at 4 for their safety briefing. All children arrived promptly. Staff were not overly welcoming and felt as though we were inconveniencing them. The children waiting and soon enough it was 4.25 with all of them still waiting for news. Eventually a member of staff informed us that they would have to wait another 15 minutes before they could go in. By this point we had already been hanging around for 30mins and I had a group of disappointed and impatient children. The children in the end spent more time waiting doing nothing then actually doing the laser tag that we had paid for. I had to fork out for refreshments to keep them engaged while we waited. We were shown to the party room and told they would be able to go in soon. The wait continued and as a consequence we were late for our next booking. Which has a knock on effect for the parents collecting children. Staff were not forthcoming with an apology, nor did it seem that they were at all engaged with the children or our appreciated our custom. Such a shame. I will definitely not be returning and will be advising people to avoid. This very nearly ruined my sons party and caused lots of unnecessary stress all round. I appreciate things happen and things are delayed, but there is a manner of dealing with people and their customer service was terrible.

  I have mixed reviews of this place. Booked for a kids birthday party which went smoothly and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves but games arena wouldn't provide tap water or squash (only bottles so we had to pay), they provided food with very limited options (no vegan) and was changed from when I booked the party originally. The kids didn't like the food (adults probably would) eg chicken nuggets were REALLY hard, hotdogs were spicy. We was told that we couldn't bring food or drink ourselves so ended up costing us a fortune in extra snacks and drinks (drink options were limited also) on top of what we had already paid for the party itself as only 1 fruitshoot was included in the package. Usually it's jolly rancher slush, but children had it before and didn't like it. It's certainly changed from previous parties that have been booked when they use to offer squash and different food options. Party room was very bland and boring, would be nice to of had somewhere for a group pic. Kids loved the games room. Staff were very friendly & helpful on this occasion. However, we have been before a few weeks ago (just Lazer tag) to try it out & TV for instructions didn't work so we was sent in without any knowledge of what to do (did have safety instructions though) other then shoot, staff weren't very helpful (and looked bored) on this occasion, apart from one person but he wasn't there until towards the end, which felt like a waste of money. We did still have fun despite the lack of organisation. Book as a group unless you want to run the risk of just you playing. I would go again but I'd expect better facilities next time esp around party bookings. I'd book another party but I wouldn't bother with party room, food or drink if I could help it. I'd find somewhere nearby to go after that offers more suitable options. **EDIT** I tried contacting you on the email you provided however it doesn't exist.

  First time here with my 8 year son. He loved it. Great way to spend an afternoon, very reasonable price. All members of staff are very polite and helpful

  We've visited the centre twice now to play laser tag. One was for our sons 10th birthday where we did 2 games of tag and then a hot lunch, eaten in a separate "party" room. The centre itself is great. Laser tag, gaming rooms, and escape rooms. All very reasonably priced. They don't have the clearest entrance to the building. The centre is clean, and the staff are helpful and happy. But unfortunately, it's just so unorganised, resulting in the 3 stars. Took ages to finalise any bookings. Some staff not knowing how to work the tills, etc. When we first arrived, the lady looked at me a little puzzled when I said we were there for our party.. which worried me but was quickly resolved. They don't provide jugs of juice, so having to spend minimum £2 each just for a bottle of water. Maybe this is something they can provide for party bookings? My son and his friends did have a great time, and we will return.
