After seeing an advertisement on Google saying that they repaired PS2 consoles. I spoke to someone in the store and found that they didn't do repairs anymore. So this advertisement should be removed to stop giving false hope to people seeking help. Still a great shop though.

The retail worker has scanned my digital game card and used my points but told me that it didn’t go through. So I had to pay for my points. I have checked my points disappear, after 24hours. I only received points from the £65 purchase and not £5 worth of points. So I got scammed by them. Paid £70 for a dualsense controller. I asked the staff, if they can refund and they refused because they can only offer store credit. So they receive money but can’t refund money. Stupid return policy and staff were ensuring me that the money will come back on after 24 hours but they still didn’t. They gave me an issue that I HAVE TO SOLVE. For their mistake.
