Boring experience when inside the shop however a good range of games to choose from. Edit: further more I’ve had possibly the worst CX ever to date in my local area. I was verbally harassed by what I’d know either as the store manager or area manager of the branch. Absolutely appalling behaviour that will set the foundation to future failure if these managers continue to cause damage to business reputation. Especially when Game is not the 1st priority for video games purchases and experiences anymore, customer retention is absolutely essential yet I feel only the ground level staff (consultant) deserve more.
