I was fairly disappointed when I went into game on the 10/02/2023 I had preordered hogwarts legacy around 5 months prior to its release date when I was served by Tom who was very helpful and gave amazing customer service he had said that Hamza had told him all pro ordered copies had been sold so hamza had sold my pre ordered copy to another customer which I was furious about. Luckily my partner decided last minute he didn’t want the game anymore otherwise he would have missed out aswell cuz his game was also sold. Only thanks to Tom sorting me out and managing to find me a spare copy of hogwarts legacy. Tom is a credit to the company. Just got one more thing to say to hamza. Don’t lose your regulars by trying to get high sales. I spend thousands in game and that was appealing to sell my copy to someone else. Even though I had pre ordered the game. Thanks again Tom you’re a diamond 💎

There's a game in bullring down stairs so I don't need to go to the same shop I tell about my one the games are expensive it's because you buying it bran new and the games only been out couple weeks there's a deal where you can buy 4 or 5 games together for a special price it's worth doing that or just by one they got playstation 4 Xbox Nintendo switch you might get a employeey walk over to you can I help you there good like that I think they still do loyalty card I haven't got one but what you can do with it no idea

Absolutly amazing part of my gaming life for many years. Wonderful staff who are willing to help and talk about the right game for you. I was told it is closing down and it is devistating to know. I hope the team get on their feet and do well in life. The area managers that made this call need to remove themselves from their current positions as they have no idea what they are doing and how much the staff mean to local gamers.
