    Rushed all the way to Game to buy a new Elite series 2 controller after work. After being as happy as could be with my new purchase and great help from the guy working there, that quickly changed when I got home and realised there was no controller in the box!! I had to quickly rush back to Game before it closed to inform them of their mistake and they had none left in stock!! After rushing around and traveling over an hour and being charged the £140 for the controller which they didn’t have, the firstly very helpful gentleman informed me I was entitled to no credit or discount or any form of compensation for their mistake. The gentleman was apologetic and like I previously said, helpful at the start, however this is just shocking service from the company. After being sold something they didn’t have and wasting my time and petrol commuting back and forth I am disappointed and angry with my experience with Game. They took my money instantly but I will now have to wait a week for my refund! Will have to purchase elsewhere, shame.

    Absolutley rubish staff visited at 4:15pm today and that staff member treated very rubish very rude and ignorent. According to him stock levels on website are not correct calling his own employer stupid. Not happy with the customer service at all. Owener should keep an eye on these type of staff.
