Tried to exchange a PS4 controller that was faulty just over a year ago and they reakon the serial numbers didn't match, someone clearly entered a different code and palmed me off with a faulty one. 55 quid down the pan. The fact they are now living in the deepest corner in the depths of House of Fraser is poetic justice.

Possibly the smallest GAME 'store' going. Now located within House of Fraser, there are just a couple of rows worth of stock. It's hard to identify the distinction between GAME and House of Fraser.

Come into Store today and wanted to get a brand new headset for PS5 for a family members birthday , on the box it stated 49.99 but the sale price was 39.99 it was a turtle beach white gen 2 200 ... I got to the till and the customer assistant told me that the sale has gone and the price has gone back to 49.99 although on the product it still had the sale sticker on it so I thought they would process the sale but they refused! As the sale price had changed over night! It's a good thing trading standards wasn't in the building when this happened!

It’s the end of an era, thank you Game, for being a weekly driver to browse and occasionally buy stuff from here. This store kept me satisfied for 8-9 years. (2013-2022) Can’t wait to see it in House of Fraser.
