    Tried to return sealed game - told I could not have refund and only store credit - told I could of had refund if I brought online, what’s the difference lol - if this is how they treat customers I’ll go elsewhere - everything is expensive and can get cheaper anywhere else anyway - if I did want to buy online would have to pay £5 to click and collect which is unacceptable Edit: also found there are selling pre owned games with fake printed covers, switches that say they have a box only to be given a cardboard box with games logo on it, that’s not with a box is it lol - not acceptable practices
