Phoned on Monday to book MOT, service and suspension set up. No answer, went to message which said leave your name and number and we'll call you back. Left message, no call back tried again four hours later and phone went to message again. Tuesday, I decided to go to the workshop to book. I was met in a friendly manner and asked to write my details and contact number on a pad and they would advise me once they checked MOT availability. It is now Wednesday evening and I haven't heard from Galloway at all. Unacceptable really, after this sort of customer service I won't be using them. Just read owners reply, what a laugh ! If you had ordered the parts then why did you not phone me to book the service. You guys never called me at all so you just made up this bulls@$t story, why not just be honest. You weren't even there and you had some useless individuals running the place while you were away. Bad business practice letting these blokes ruin your reputation and then to write obvious lies in response.

Highly recommended. I recently took my Cb500 in for MOT and service and i left with an MOT and service, a clean bike, loads of other little bits tweaked and fixed and some further knowledge about how to look after my bike myself, and smiling. Just the perfect, honest, no stress experience from a garage that treats your bike, no matter what it is, like its their own bike. Top job, top garage, happy customer. Thank you. (Still need to pop in to get book stamped...:D)
