Decent sized Primark store. Good range or sizes available. Mens section was a bit of a wired layout because it was in the basement of the store and had to fit around the building... So wasn't as nice as in some stores... But they had done what they could. None of those ridiculous self serve tills where they make you pay and then scan the receipt you just got at a till before you can leave. Those are awful. (Northampton)

Yeah overall the shop is okay, the presentation of the shop is inadequate with some of the clothes just piled onto of each other, I do understand customers come in and make a mess but its for the staff on durty to reorganise this swiftly. The staff are overall nice but the security gaurd is rude and a couple of the other members of staff need customer service training the last time I went in there two of the attends at the changing room department were speaking about personal issues at work that myself and other customers could over hear and it wasn't pleasant. Keep home life outside of work and be professional and considered to shoppers
