I would not recommend this place to anyone, this place has very poor standards in patient treatment The Optometrist that spoke to me about the care of my grandma did not seem nice or welcoming. I was trying to explain the situation to him but he was abrupt and not forthcoming. He did not seem to want to listen to anyone else’s voice but his own. The only decent thing about this place is how understanding and respectful the receptionist is. She was welcoming and nice. Ultimately, the optometrist did not care what anyone else was saying but his own opinions. What ever happened to the right to refuse service or knowing the medical history of patient before making them wait for 2 hours in a small practice that had no ventilation, carpets for floors (which is quite unhygienic for a medical practice) and down right rude optometrists.

Rude staff got no respect for clients, ask them to give my eye sight test form they refused by claiming its their property and you have to make the glasses from us or else go to and redo. My advice go to the one opposite of finch road health centre.
