I was referred to Tina for myofacsial release therapy. I’d had it before so knew what to expect. She gave me a very thorough pre treatment interview to isolate my areas of pain. I’ve had 2 treatments and they have been very helpful. The warm bed and coziness of the room helps to settle the body. I feel in good hands when Tina gives the treatment. I have fibromyalgia and will need this treatment for a long time. I feel confident that Tina and her expertise will help me tremendously. I highly recommend her.

I am so happy that I found myofascial treatment to deal with my long term neck and shoulder tension from a chronic migraine condition. This was a very specific treatment different a normal massage and I felt a huge benefit just from one treatment. I am excited to continue receiving this long term to be free of pain. Tina was absolutely lovely and I felt very comfortable with her. She made sure I was okay throughout the treatment and gave me advice post treatment.

I’ve been seeing Tina for almost a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I first visited with ongoing nerve and sciatica problems. I’d seen a chiropractor for a few years but wanted to try something different. Tina creates such a relaxing environment and takes time to understand the issues and decide the right treatment! She always makes time for a chat too so it feels like visiting a friend. I usually have aromatherapy treatment, but have also had benefits of cupping and myofascial release which I didn’t realise could help me before. The last 6 months I was suffering from (potential) long covid symptoms and severe headaches. Tina helped tailor the treatment and I’m seeing benefits from her Natural Lift Face Massage - it’s amazing! And the gorgeous oils leave your skin so soft!! Prices are very reasonable.
