Terrible customer service. I bought a product from them which evaporated in the bottle. I sent it back for analysis which I had to pay for myself and despite confirming it was thier fault I have not had a refund or a replacement. No one is taking responsibity .Absolute rubbish!

To be honest, not bad products but it appears Galderma are seriously hampered by their ill fated partnership with the incompetents known as Med FX, who are incapable of providing any form of service of any benefit to clinicians, business owners or patients.

Mirvaso for Rosacea I was so thrilled when my GP gave me a prescription for Mirvaso and last Friday, the first day i put it on my face i was pale all day, and over the moon. But but then the next day it didnt make much difference to my skin and after one week, it actually got worse. I skin became redder and thicker and the redness stayed longer. I read the reviews and they are actually SHOCKING. People saying, Dont take it, stop it, throw it away, they all got worse, like me and had to stop using this gel, there were so many bad reviews and only a couple positive ones. Why is it on the market, I cannot believe that it is being prescribed. I will tell my GP who is a specialist in skin problems, and hopefully he will do something. IT CANNOT BE ON THE MARKET
