Had to get something 3D scanned with extremely tight deadlines (within a few hours in order to deliver files to the US as their day starts), they were able to generate a quote, proceed with payment, and scan the item within a couple of hours after I dropped it off, they are indeed based in the location stated and was able to delivery the stated service, recommended!

Unfortunately it sad to say the service at first was very professional but after they recieved payment the communication became incredibly poor. The customer service from the receptionist or person I liased with became very poor. I was not informed when my CAD was finished and taken to be casted and was indirectly blamed for not knowing via email. I can't say not to use this company as many people will have differing experiences but this was absolutely awful in the end and I ultimately will not be using them again.
