I've only had a couple of sessions with Gala Academy, but I think the training is amazing. From the minute I started rallying with the coaches, they were already suggesting changes to footwork and technical alternatives to shots that I made. For me, this is exactly what I look for when trialing a sports session of any sorts. Because I am autistic, I need to be engaged within the first few minutes and that is exactly what this group gave me. The learning experience itself is quite innovative and intimate, since there is only a small group - we all get some form of one to one time. We are pushed quite hard, but they understand that we have limits. I am looking forward to becoming a stronger player with Gala academy :)

Very good friendly badminton club, extremely welcoming to new player and the coaches are always on hand to help and offer advice. They provide a variety of sessions from coaching to social play and the facilities they have are some of the best available. Parool and Raj have successfully executed their version of improving the way badminton in coached and played with all age ranges.

My 10 Yr son has been coaching with Gala since early'22 and he has been thoroughly enjoying it. Whist he always look forward to his weekly sessions and holiday classes, recently he went through a summer Strength Training Course over 7 weeks and what an amazing experience it has been! The academy nurtures the youngsters and aspirants' potential so very well with all round fitness awareness and Badminton techniques.
