    Usually a top place to go for food but I got a 29 pound something order declined and they said I'd receive a refund and I am still waiting for money to be refunded. Everytime I call it goes to answer machine

    We have ordered to work about 4 times as its close by and they deliver quick, however, Every single time we have either received wrong or incomplete order. Every time there was something wrong. This time there was even a human HAIR inside fries. Definitely no more orders from us. This food is really not complicated to put together so how can someone get it wrong so many times?! Super dissapointed.

    By far the best prep company I have come across! Food is amazing, full of flavour and all tracked with the macros (helps me keep on track especially with being a gym go-er!) great customer service. Website is fairly easy to use just doesn’t really explain the process of having to order before midnight Thursday each week to receive the delivery on Sunday! However I have been assured a new website is in the process! 👏🏼 Overall though once I knew the way it worked it’s all been perfect! 🙌🏼
