Punctual when they came to measure up for us and a really nice guy, polite, knowledgeable and chatty too. The guys in the shop when we went to pick what flooring we wanted are obviously taught the same way, really friendly and helpful, good choice of flooring to choose from for a small shop as well and they have competitive prices.
