In recent months the quality of product and service has dropped massively. Presumably new ownership has hired a bunch of kids who lack training and are clearly managed by chaos. No one of them can complete a task, you deal with several people who all seem clueless. Simple requests like, slicing bread or putting items in a bag all seem way over their heads. It comes across as rude and uninterested. Step it up or you'll see a lot of people walking away.
