    Staff is really nice and very friendly. They have limited seating which was not very convenient. Their coffee was good we had a flat white & a cappuccino but as for the baked goods we ate; the scone was very dry, we preferred the taste of the almond croissant. They do not accept cash payments

    Worst coffee from Gail’s. Usually Gail’s never disappoints but there was no froth to the milk in my cappuccino and it was made too hot it burnt my tongue. Felt like sipping hot boiled water. Awful. Not made by a trained barista!

    The service here was miserable and unwelcoming. Felt very awkward while waiting for our coffees to be made. I asked for sugar with mine and was told 'we've not got any' made no apologies for this and how dare I ask or expect such a thing. No milk in my husband's coffee so he had to walk back and ask for some. What a hindrance to them. 2 stars for the pastrys though. They were nice.
