It seems every time I order from deliveroo these guys just can't get my order right , there is something always wrong or missing so due to the price of everything and the fact I won't get a refund ill be giving gails a miss from now on, staff at gails.... its a pretty simple task to follow, just check the receipt with what you are sending out to the paying customer !!

Popular chain in Loughton always busy but great service and fab cakes. My favourite hot chocolate. Pastries etc are good. Often have the baked eggs but very inconsistent, bacon undercooked eggs almost powdered so over done. Obviously have to ask how well done to Cook the bacon but eggs are hit and miss
