Came in for hot breakfast at 08.30 and was told the kitchen wasn’t open. I asked them when it would open and they said they didn’t know, when it’s open it’s open. I pointed out the menu was available online until 3pm but they just didn’t care. Gail’s, set hot breakfast times if you want to but I don’t want to turn up and find out once I’m in.

Customer service is definitely not their strongest. Coffee is very average, Bagel Pastrami not very fresh although Gail’s claim their food is very fresh. Madeleines were absolutely tasteless and over priced.
