Good facilities including hair dryers and straighteners in the ladies bathroom/changing rooms. You're given a robe and towel so no need to bring your own. You're assigned a locker (there's no need to bring a coin or padlock). The treatment (Naturally Gaia facial) was amazing, Jasmin was lovely, professional and put me at ease. The afternoon tea was tasty. A little busier than expected in the communal areas, but it was a bank holiday to be fair!

My partner went above and beyond booking a spa day for our anniversary and I have to say I was slightly disappointed with the service. Good points being the treatment was AMAZING! We had the hot stone massage and he paid extra for full body (which unfortunately apparently didn't include legs or feet. Hmm) but nevertheless the girls who massaged us were faultless. Really good at their jobs, kind and professional and I was thoroughly relaxed. The vibe itself was a bit leisure centre if I'm honest. I was surprised the staff do not ask you for drinks orders themselves and you're expected to keep getting up, loosing your lounger and getting drinks yourself (unless you download the app. Which we didn't do cause I'm there to relax and not spend the day on my phone). Bit over crowded also but the hydro pool was fabulous, as well as the steam room! I'm probably being a bit 'snobby' here but I wasn't impressed with flip-flops when I was expecting slippers. Waiting areas - when you arrive and wait for your treatment could be nicer ... just some chairs lined up when we were told to wait in the 'lounge' area. Food was nice but I wouldn't have known it was Michelin star unless I was told; never the less, it was delicious - especially the white chocolate parfait. For my first experience at a spa; I left feeling as though we had been at a very nice hotel pool facility for the day. I wouldn't not recommend however I would likely try elsewhere before returning again; certainly not off put, but not sure on the over all experience.

Today we experienced the Gaia spa day and the restorative treatment. The staff were attentive and extremely well presented and polite. They literally couldnt do enough to ensure your spa day was special. The facilities are fantastic. Multiple types of steam rooms and saunas, infinity pools, hydro pools, private hot tubs. Ample loungers and pods to relax in the sun. Outside pool. The list goes on. The detail, the condition of the grounds, simply stunning. The afternoon tea and champagne was refreshing and the food extremely fresh and tasty. Our restorative treatment consisted of exfoliation, mud pac, scrub and a hot stone massage tailored specifically how you would like it. The care that is taken to ensure you have the best possible experience is second to none. For me, spa days etc are a 1 time thing, once youve done it, theres no need to go back. For Boringdon Hall Gaia Spa, i make the absolute exception. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for such an amazing break. Worth every single penny. The Sheldrakes

I had an amazing visit to Gaia Spa Boringdon. All members of staff were warm and welcoming. Anja, my massage therapist was kind and caring and provided a wonderfully relaxing treatment. The facilties were good and the afternoon tea at the Spatisserie, delectable. I'm sure with finer weather there would be much more to enjoy in the grounds too. I look forward to returning. Highly recommend.
