A friend recommended Wendy when I injured my back in April 2022. Following this recommendation, I attended a healthy backs course and after 2 sessions my back pain had gone. I now attend Wendy's intermediate classes and now enjoy generally improved mobility. As a teacher Wendy is friendly, gives clear and easy to follow instructions and gives students the option to continue developing our fitness and pilates skills.

Wendy is a fantastic Pilates teacher and runs a well organised studio. I can’t recommend Gaia Pilates Bellenden Road highly enough. Better yet I spend a lot less time with the physio now I have regularly attended Wendy’s classes for the last year.

I’ve been having 1:1 sessions with Wendy at Gaia since April 2022 to help my recovery from a back injury. As she is qualified to work with back injuries she is able to tailor each weeks session to my ever improving mobility. I can get out so much more thanks to her - her sessions have been a real game changer in my recovery and I cannot recommend her enough!

I have been attending Wendy's classes for a number of years and love every single one. The classes are always fun, varied and appropriate for all levels. Wendy is attentive to everyone's abilities and, if there are any, to injuries attendees might have. Wendy is a great coach, super competent and professional but also warm and friendly.

I took part in Lucy’s Beginner Yoga Class for 6 weeks and really loved it. She’s very inclusive and made me feel at ease immediately. The space is nice and cosy - there were around 9 people in the class.
