Two phone calls, one voicemail and one email sent. No reply to any. I noticed the prior reviews over poor communication. I think I'd rather bin the Gaggia machine that I have than endure months of waiting if they won't even reply/respond to my initial service request.

I truly wish I had read the reviews of this company before I even phoned them. What an appalling confused and incompetent service. To top it all off after calling regularly for 2 months they told me they could not fix my machine. That was fair enough. But despite initially quoting me £40 delivery charges they then told me it was £50. Then when I got my bank statement they had actually charged me £60, when I disputed this they were extremely rude and told me it was the congestion charge. I do not live in the congestion charging zone. Andrew said in an email that it was on their website so I had to pay it, but he was incorrect, it is not on their website. My bank agreed that this was fraudulent behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This business is truly awful. We had our Gaggia coffee machine sent to them for repairs. They had it for over 3 and a half months. Every time we called to get an update they were incredibly rude and arrogant. I only got it back after arranging my own courier to collect it from them. They also charged me £240 for the inconvenience. Once we got it back it made an awful noise when operating. When I phoned back to complain Andrew (Think he is the owner) would not take any responsibility and immediately blamed the courier, he also became very loud and angry on the call and would not listen to my point before he put the phone down. I have now had it checked by a domestic electrician and low and behold the vibration damper for the water pump was not fitted correctly.

The firm promised to repair my DeLonghi espresso machine; they kept it for a month and a half, did nothing to it despite their declarations and when I finally came to them to collect it back, I encountered a member of a staff behaving in an aggressive way to me! Beware, this is not a real repair service.

The worst company I have dealt with. After dealing with this company for the last 8 months, we have ended up with a broken coffee machine and a lot of wasted time. This is an unreliable and unprofessional service with an unhelpful, rude and incompetent manager/owner. Avoid at all cost.
