Customer service is non-existent. AVOID. I called here to get prices for a large event I have coming up, and I was told that they don't provide prices on the phone and I should come in and see for myself. Which is fine and I understand that but what I don't get is that the guy then proceeded to put the phone down without me even getting a word in! Seriously, who does that to a customer who hasn't even had the chance to respond? Where is the customer service? Non-existent and rude, that's what that is! Clearly you don't need my business and I am quite happy to take it someplace else where I am more valued.

Refused same day return, items were all sealed and I had my receipts. Items were overpriced and found them another store for more than half the price. Spent some time talking to his colleague before charging me and were showing each other the calculator, had a bad feeling about it but went through with it anyways. When I came back he started saying " I never forced you to buy it." there is a sign that says no returns on PPE and disposal items. My items were neither. Do not recommend this place at all.
