At the time of making a booking, I flagged that my grandfather was terminal and the appointment may not be kept if he took a turn for the worse and asked if these would be an issue. I was told by Gabrielle that this was fine and now she is refusing to refund my £100. Despite trying to resolve this amicably, I’m now pursuing a legal remedy for this amount and the associated costs with the court proceedings. The ts and cs on the website are only applicable if the contract was concluded on these, our contract was concluded separately, during a phone call and correspondence over WhatsApp.
