The following is my opinion based on my experience purchasing a chandelier costing over $20,000. Totally disorganised and unprofessional company. They initially sent me the wrong canopy. So I had to wait for the correct canopy. Then they sent me the wrong installation instructions and my electrician spent 2 days trying to install it based on the incorrect instructions they sent me. They did not provide adequate solution for these errors so they will be hearing from my attorney very soon. Gabriel Scott thinks that I won't be hiring a local attorney in London, but they are quite mistaken.

Gabriel Scott produces the most beautiful lamps out there but we've regrettably consistently had technical problems with it (now for 3 years). The Harlow Large Chandelier flickers and emits varying light intensity depending on the LED and how they are inserted as well as compatibility issues with the smart home dimming function at home. It's a fiddly job getting the tiny LEDs inserted into the lamp, getting that right helps. Although this chandelier is by far the most expensive lamp we've bought, it's the only one that doesn't work 100% for us. Our electrician is still trying to fix the issue and has made progress. So we're staying hopeful.
