Visited shop for second time to buy some cold drinks, but the problem is I never carry cash, there policy is that you spend a minimum of two pounds or they refuse the sale. Today I mentioned is this legal? To which she replied “do you think that we would knowingly break the law” I obviously offended the lady and her reply was that I was being rude. I immediately offered a sincere apology. That was clearly not good enough and she insisted on bandying words. On leaving I thought maybe it’s rude to assume that people have two pounds to spend in there shop because they have no cash. That’s why I give this shop one star. Sincerely and faithfully. Scott.
