I am so happy to have found this salon. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes sure that your experience here will be unforgettable. The hairdresser knew exactly what style would flatter my face and she executed each step of our plan with precision to create a blow-dry that lasted several days! The stylist gave me a recommendation for my hair colour, which I couldn’t agree enough with and I booked the next appointment right away. The absolutely best thing about the experience was, while I was getting my hair done, my daughter was having a blast at the Cloud Twelve Kids Club, which is on the ground floor. It was wonderful to see her enjoy herself and be with other children, while I was having me time. The service they offer there is unlike any other place I’ve seen before. I came recently to the newest GA brunch at Cloud 12 .I don’t even have to mention that the place is stunning and as in every other brunch I had the best experience I could imagine while having my hair done . My hair after many bleach sessions were a bit tired and dull . Gennaro as always done his magic and bespoke a herbal spa treatment for my hair . Felice trimmed them a bit amd I got a volume I always dreamed of! Daniela done my blow dry and after delicious Italian coffee with GA signature chocolate I left the salon happier than ever !!!!
