There’s no BS and you get told all of the possibilities and costs including what they think will be the most effective. They keep me informed of what is going on at each step. All of this is what has led to a long standing working relationship I can trust. I don’t hesitate to recommend GA having had literally hundreds of jobs carried out by them. You will make up your own mind, but when you speak to them you’ll see that you’re dealing with a very friendly team that knows what they are doing. Give them a call and see for yourself.

Have had them out twice to quote for work. They turned up but didn’t provide a quote either time. 1st time was a small job so maybe understandable if they didn’t want it but 2nd time was a bigger job. A simple NO is all that would have been required for good customer service. This company just cannot be bothered. Incidentally, at the time of writing there is only 1 other review (5 stars) by ‘Chris Done’. One of the managers who does the estimates is called Chris Dunn. Draw your own conclusion...
