Each time I'm with patient transport I cannot fault them weather I'm with a two person crew or one it's always a very good experience with them they talk to me by asking have I got with my keys to get in when we arrive at my place I say yes then I get into the wheelchair as my left leg is the issue for me sometimes they always drop me to my appointment and then collect me again it can be a long time to wait until they come back to me but I'm not ever in a rush to get home as when I'm in the discharge lounge I'm given a blanket anyways and a drink last time I cried when I was waiting for them but that was because I was in so much pain and I shouldn't have been comming home

Failed to turn up for transport to hospital. Lost appt. New appt 6 weeks. Left messages to, what seemed to be an unmanned phone number. No response so far. They have all the details on their records but still failed to turn up. No explanation. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Yesterday I had a driver take me to Kings College hospital, 10 mins before we arrived my op was cancelled, rather than dump my at the hospital to wait for further transport the driver took me home again. I had abit of a meltdown at the bad news & the dtiver offered me words of comfort and he was a very caring man, he helped me in a bad situation. I just hope I get the same driver when im called back fir my op.
