I bought a folding e-bike from G-Whizz Cycles a few months ago, and from the beginning the service has been excellent. The staff built me a new bike from a kit they had, when the demo one I tried had a faulty battery or connection somewhere while test-riding it in the rain. I have subsequently liaised with the shop twice since, once to bring my bike in for its one-month service, and another to fix a puncture, and both times the experience has been very positive. The staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable, both for the bikes themselves, and the parts.
