My experience with this company is amazing they done a fantastic job overall in my car after i had my accident, (for reference i was waiting for my insurance company to find a garage to do the repairs on my car and was waiting for 6 months without a car until i decided to find a garage myself to do the work) they fixed the front of my car which was cracked and due to my car not being used for a very long time it had began to grow mould everywhere and the garage didn’t have to but booked in with the valet next to their shop to deep clean my car which i appreciate so much, they went above and beyond for me and i absolutely am so glad we chose this company to do our work on my car and would highly recommend them to anyone else. 6 weeks ago I went to G W M to get two cracks and some scrapes repaired on my bumper. I contacted them, they asked for photos and gave me a quote over the phone and a start date of a few days later. The work was completed within two days so it was a very quick turnaround. I've left it a few weeks to write this review so i can see what the finish is like after the paint has fully hardened. I would give the bodywork 10/10 - you cannot see where any of the cracks or scrapes were and the finish is flawless. The paint finish is 8/10, it's not quite as crisp as a new panel would have been but then again, it would have stuck out if it was flawless as the rest of the car is 11 years old. It's been mentioned on here that you won't get a main dealer experience here and that's true, there is no office and the car was covered in spray dust when it came back. The final price was £100 more than the quote but I can understand that as the quote was done from photos. the overall cost was £1K cheaper than the quote from Lexus. So if you want the main dealer service pay for it, if you want to save £1K go to G W M. I will go there first in future. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I recently had all 4 alloy wheels on my car refurbished to an absolutely high standard despite them being diamond-cut! I was highly impressed with the service; the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Work was finished as promised and I am one happy customer! Price was competitive. I would highly recommend and if I damage my wheels again, I shall be knocking on their door!

I had a vehicle hit my parked car. My insurance’s did not do anything even though I provided CCTV footages and claimed I was a fault. I felt hopeless, when then my brother told me about GWM body works, I went and kindly Nikki told me there is a private insurers who can deal with these stuff, without having to pay a penny. It got sorted straight away. My car was repaired within few days, was given a courtesy car via the providers. Thank you Nikki for all that you did.
