You really can't call it a same day service when you can't even get an appointment on the same day or even book from the day before in advance at the time they reopen the slots. Either that or the website and text booking services aren't working correctly. I even tried calling to make an appointment and speak to an advisor. Just got left on hold and was ultimately hung up on. Whichever way, it certainly isn't made clear when the next possible appointment is and have just been left completely in the dark. Terrible system.

Problem that I went with was not explored at all, short consultation and questions inadequte to what I struggled with. They do only STD tests, no other investigation was done. The doctor was not gentle at all. Plus extremely long waiting time, firstly for the consultation and later for the blood test that I didn't even need because doctor mixed the documents.
