An awful company that i would advise you approach with caution! I tried to make contact withe them via telephone and email, regarding the fact that i had previously specified a Newman fast road street cam, that was supplied and installed by them (all be it some time ago and even tho the car has covered only 8k since the Cam shaft was installed by GT Tuning.) As i live local to Newman Cams, i took the faulty part to Newman and Ken Newman (The Director) confirmed that it was not a genuine Newman Cam and an inferior part that had been supplied and installed by GT Tuning themselves. I politely approached GT Tuning via facebook (after seeing that they had recently posted a photo), as i had not had a email response in two weeks, again explaining the situation, politely, yet also clearly and coherently. Their unprofessional response was as follows. "these are serious allegations you are making Jamie. 1 Provide a copy of the receipt which shows the date purchased and what was purchased. 2 Provide pics of the cam you accuse me of selling you as a Newman cam We have not fitted any cams for approx 5 years BTW. GTT Products carry a 12 month guarantee typically. I believe you are confusing us with someone else and or your car has been somewhere else and had parts swapped about. FORMAL NOTICE - YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO PROVIDE US EVERYTHING REQUESTED ABOVE, OR YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM EVERYTHING GTT PERMANENTLY. WE WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY FURTHER MESSAGES UNTIL WE RECEIVE THIS - DIRECTORS GT TUNING LTD. 25-OCTOBER 2021" So after avoiding me for 2 weeks, I'm met with hostility and some form of authoritarian 24 hour notice. i would also like to point out that under UK VAT regulations you are required to keep records of your accounts for longer than a 5 year period, so if you could look into this at your end it would be much appreciated? So, GT TUNING if this is the case and you block your customers for no adequate reason then please feel free to answer me on and explain why you take this approach with your customers?

Difficult to get hold of dont answer phones or emails and when you do eventually make contact customer service is appalling. Trying to resolve replacement of broken parts and they cannot even be bothered to progress.
