Absolutely disgraceful I ordered a item online the said it was in stock paid 3.99 for 3 day delivery rang a few days later to see we're it was they said they would send it out that day got a phone call a few hours later from the same person I spoke to that morning to tell me that the items I ordered are not in stock why he didn't tell me the first time I rang I don't no as he went to check they were being sent out told me they was just to be told a few hours later there not in stock and I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 days its now been 7 days still now refund
