gave them a contract to replace a door in a factory Unit, they installed it with a major fault in that the bottom lock couldn't be used ! when asked to come back they sent Wayne with a 2nd lock that didn't fit! when I said that it wasnt acceptable that the lock couldn't be used He then proceeded to Swear at Me and get all agressive, I explained to Tom that a solution needed to be found and even sent them a picture of the correct Keep totally unprofessional attitude from the company especially when we were spending £2,800 ! think twice about using this company
