After my initial enquiry, a very speedy ordering of the key, followed by turning up and programming to the car took place. I know from forums that Volvos are not easily sorted, so to see Tim at work for 3 hours to get everything working properly was most impressive. Especially on such a hot day. I cannot recommend Tim (and G&T) highly enough. Very embarrassingly, I lost my only set of car keys on Saturday afternoon. Within an hour of having called him, Tim was at my house cutting a new set. More than this, Tim has an exceptional knowledge about the key cutting process and years of experience. At every stage of the process, he was willing to answer any questions I had about how new keys are made (very interesting) and walked me through my available options. I am not usually one to write reviews but am doing so because of the degree to which Tim went above and beyond. Losing your car keys (or needing a new set cut) can be a stressful experience but Tim made it smooth sailing. Thanks again.
