I can't rate because he turned up after much chasing, had a look at the job and we never heard from him again. If he didn't want the job as it was too small it would have been helpful to just tell us rather than promising to come out or send the quote and not bothering. Needless to say when we have a bigger job to be done we won't be calling this guy.
