    Exceptionally disappointed with G S Landscapes. I have no doubt their work is top notch but customer care somewhat lacking. We had a house visit - twice, quote agreed and job booked in. Subsequently both my wife and I booked some time off around the work and organised various other tradespeople around this main job. We were initially informed the job was pushed back by a few days, ok that happens. Then the next time, a few days later we got about 12 hours notice that they could not do the job the next day either but ASSURED us the works would be started the following Monday, 07:30 and could be finished within the original time frame. Well, 7:30 rolls around and nothing.... we had to chase to find out what was happening and were only then told "access is an issue we can't do the job" - I'm sorry what?! access wasn't an issue on the previous 2 visits or when they did work for neighbours. My wife has tried to get them on the phone subsequently but they're now ignoring us. We are not difficult people and the job is not complicated so I don't know why there was suddenly an issue. I work alongside tradespeople regularly with my work and I understand that other jobs come along and things change but to not even have the decency or balls to pick up the phone is poor show and embarrassing on their behalf. I can't recommend them because who wants the stress of wondering if they will actually turn up! ZERO STARS.
