Very unprofessional company, flawed interview process with incredibly poor communication. I do not recommend any professional to apply here or interview here. I went through 4 interview stages with G-Research including 3 calls and a 2 hour live proctored test. Additionally, I exchanged 40 emails with internal HR at G-Research in between these individual stages as I progressed through the process. After the final stage, I received absolutely no feedback even when contacting G-Research a week after the final stage. I urge any professional who is considering applying here to rethink their decision wisely. I have worked within public and private sector organisations at a senior level and the level and the time spent on the interview process here combined with the lack of feedback demonstrates a clear lack of respect for applicants.
