Extremely fast service and very friendly staff but image not printed exactly like image sent, it was not as sharp and the colours were a bit different. This would have been seen from the first mug was printed, so disappointed that it wasn't rectified then. As travelling I could not request better ones. Given as presents so not overly happy.

Disappointed that the assistant was not able to open and print a simple pdf file. After trying to print on one computer they tried on another, but could not work out how to print a document double-sided after several attempts - in a print shop! They also failed to give me a quote for the job despite asking several times. It was a simple job that should have been handled with ease.
