    Very Very poor customer service. We are leaving our flat and trying to cancel our contract. We have been contacting them for weeks via email and calls, with basically no communication on their behalf. We FINALLY managed to get through and to cancel our contract and asked for email confirmation which we did not receive and have still been charged for the next month when we won't even be in the flat. Just atrocious - DON'T RECOMMEND JOINING.

    Had my internet go out for 7 days (which they did not begin to address until day 4). Then a week later had it go down for an additional 10 days and as their tech support cant seem to schedule anyone to come out I had to eventually approach a G Network engineer who was working outside of my building to come in and address the problem. Would recommend a different option if available.

    It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting on someone to actually fulfill my cancellation request. They are great to use after the initial setup/inspection delay, but now that I'm no longer in a serviced area, and have moved properties, it's been a nightmare. Multiple emails, many phone calls and false promises and still no progress. It shouldn't take 6+ months to cancel...

    We have had g network for a few months tje installation is shoddy and the service is now not working . I have contacted the company which is only a call centre and not part of g network they promise a call back but we have not received any call and the service remains down . This is to contrasted with the process when we were signing up . The calls and service were spectacular. Be warned about this company it promises much and delivers very little

    Very bad customer service, as a new customer they made my installation but 5 days after still no internet and I have been spending too many hours calling their customer service that don’t care to notify me about anything. Glad that I’m at the start of my contract, will look for another provider.

    I hate this company already and I haven’t had fibre installed yet. They promised to do a survey within 48 hours but then it turns out they have done a deal with the landlord to do so the whole street! G network are notorious for contacting councils/ housing associated doing deals - never mind it’s the customer who will have to pay. The service is atrocious - I hate to think what it would be liked if I actually signed to them

    order was placed in MARCH 2022 - Sloane Street London SW1 MARCH 2023 they will not even respond to email, non existence customer service our building is fully ready for fiber broadband all G Network needs to connect from Street level to the building all Landlord permission/drawings all submitted most hopeless service provider stay away from GNetwork does not even deserve one star rating

    I'm in Streatham, on G.networks gigabit service, honestly very impressed, the installation tech went out of his way to run the fibre a sensbible route and use existing holes to avoid drilling new ones. Tech support efficienctly helped me get the router switched to modem only mode. We had an outage when another contractor damaged some power cables, however one of their techs came out with a generator to get that switch back online an hour later. I don't use the WiFi they provide so I have no comments on that, I prefer to use my own WiFi equipment and ethernet where possible.

    Two outages in the last few months and they always say they’ll give you a call back but never does. I wonder what would happen if my router stops working and no one helps?
