Booked a taxi to take us and collect us for a meal out of town. The taxi taking us there was 20 mins late & the restaurant was fully booked so we had 20 mins less on our table time before they needed the table for the next booking. Then the taxi collecting us was 25 mins late but as we had to vacate our table we just had to stand and wait. Wouldn't use this company again.

Absolutely rubbish. I called this service at 21:17, I was told my taxi would be 10minutes, didn’t arrive, I called the number every 10minute intervals and every time it was 10minutes. When I called at 22:12 they transferred me over to the “manager” and the manager said the driver tried calling me multiple times but I was never called at all and the driver still wasn’t here. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this service at all. Still waiting for my taxi at 22:28

Friendly drivers but booking system lets them down. Very mixed experience. One taxi we ordered to the airport at 3am for 6 passengers turned up 25 minutes late with only 4 seats. Another from winsford station which they said was on its way didn’t turn up even though the automated phone service kept saying it was 4 minutes away. After 40 minutes I spoke to an operator and she had they didn’t have any drivers. Said she’d called to advise but that wasn’t true.

Booked a taxi via their website for an early morning hospital appointment no problem. Got a phone call at 8pm the night before the booking to be told they don't ever have any vehicles available during the school run, leaving me panicking about how to get my sister to the hospital for her cancer treatment. With all due respect, what use is a taxi company that doesn't ever have any availability between 7.30-9.30 am? I can understand it being busy at that time, but accepting bookings for that time when every vehicle they use is pre-booked is just wrong.
