Bought a vauxhall zafira tourer from Honda g and m , couple of bits needed doing , and they wasn't done when I collected the car , had no choice to take it because I had just sold my car already, this place has steep stairs and a stair stannah lift if any one wanted to get up stairs to the waiting area , so it's not wheelchair accessible as there's no lift, there was a sales man a little arrogant / rude , and then I got 2 young girls to deal with and they was very pleasant . I done a car vertical check on the car and it came up with outstanding finance and the salesman swore it didn't I said well I need to see proof or speak to. A manager to see why it has finance on it , and manager explained its perfectly normal to use a stocking finance to buy there cars , but the sales man didn't know anything about that. The service book wasn't stamped up and kept up to date , there was a loose bolt inside the door ratterling around and they said they would sort thar before I picked it up and it wasn't I had to sort it myself. Nice waiting area upstairs once you get to it as long as you don't have limited health conditions. , not wheelchair accessible. Toilets and a coffee machine and sweet machine for kids. Would come back and buy again but would only deal with a manager .
