Brilliant service. I didn't know what was wrong with my bike but the pedals were stuck and the gears were not working ether. They sorted it out so quickly and didn't even want to take any cash for the time spent on it. They were so nice about it. I had previously used their services for my daughter's push bike and they're reasonably priced.

We had a problem with a fold up bike. It has a lot of miles to do in the next few days, and whilst going through the checks before its long journey, I noticed that one pedal seemed to have a suspect bearing. Not something to take chances with! I phoned GK and they said to get the bike there and they would sort it out. They certainly did; new pedals fitted in minutes. Very professional and friendly too. Highly recommended.
