My new build house was fitted out by this company. Almost every window was replaced, some on multiple occasions due to poor quality and defects. Everything from warped frames, doors/windows that don’t open/close or lock to cracked glass and dropping windows. Poor finish with unmeasured, lazy cuts and bad workmanship. Got a problem with a window and they’ve been giving me the run around for weeks with it. Avoid if you have a choice.

Been a fitter for 32 years and work for Kingsbride we used GJB for are composite doors now always used them for windows but since they started making the composite doors they’ve blown the rest out of the water fabrication is the key and there use of the new hinge in the slab system is brilliant 80% of are service calls were badly fabricated door stop doors but by now using GJB the problems have reduced massively 0% lead time is longer but who cares quality is quality don’t change it GJB it’s spot on
