I have worked alongside Joby since the beginning of January 2019 as a fellow skydiving instructor. Joby conducts himself at the highest standards with regards to safety and is a highly experienced and qualified instructor. Beyond this however Joby also provides a rare trait for someone with as much experience in the sport - he still absolutely loves what he does. His enthusiasm and passion for skydiving is contagious and hard to find from someone with as many jumps as he has done. A true ambassador for the sport.
