Purchased handles through Amazon and also through their website, unfortunately one of the handles was damaged, but emailed sent , pictures of damage and they replied quickly asking if I wanted replacement or refund , as I love the handles , their quirkiness in my kitchen , I asked for a replacement, which was sent and received quite quickly, would highly recommend this company, for their products and fantastic customer service definitely 5 stars
