Ordered a number of items for delivery. Customs held items and requested a purchase price invoice before I could receive goods. Called GDK who said they would send me invoice by email. They never sent it and are now ignoring all my calls, emails and messages the past week or so. Over 300 pounds spent on goods I never received.

UPDATE: GDK have been in touch and have promised that the missing item is now in the post, I will remove this rating as and when it is received. I have probably been harsh simply through frustration trying to get answers, if I had been informed at any stage that they were waiting on stock I would not have been so cross. I will update further as and when the item is received. Ordered three items, received two, despite numerous calls and promises to call me back, this never happened. It was the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. Do not give these people your money !! Will update if I ever hear back from them, but that is very doubtful.

I researched online for a Police Approved Digital Vault Gun Safe and opted for GDK Trading. Before I ordered the safe I had several questions regarding the product and postage costs. Gary answered all my queries promply and fully. Subsequently Ordering was a very straight forward essy process with a tracking number that allowed me to follow the journey from England to N. Ireland. The safe arrived 3 days after ordering. I have it installed and am very pleased with the quality. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company for first class customer service with an exceptionally helpful and friendly approach. The product is of good quality and value for money. Very impressed and will do business again. Thanks Gary for all your help! John.

What a joke please don’t waste your time and money trying to do business with this company Gary never returns your call or email you pay up front with next day delivery 2weeks later still no delivery I know we are in difficult times at the moment but they just take the wee never in all my 62 years have come across a bunch of tosses like them and I am only trying to buy parts god knows what it is like if you have a problem man

Ordered gun cabinet through website, turned out later there was a big delivery surcharge so I cancelled the order. That was it, got an email from Gary that said cancelled but no refund came through. Tried reminding and no replies. Having to go to paypal now for dispute resolution, why so much hassle over something so simple? Wish I had read the other reviews before I placed the order, this Gary guy has a serious attitude problem.
